Dear Cristina, I’ve been following you for about 2 years, and you are a vibrant source of inspiration for me. Firstly, I’ve learned not to be hindered by what ‘the world’ says or thinks about me or how I should present myself without a mask in front of it. You encouraged me when I was in a ‘hellish’ situation, I say hellish because that’s how I perceived it, but it wasn’t. Facing a major issue with my daughter, who was about to undergo open-heart surgery, you told me to see her as already healthy. Although it was hard for me to trust, I followed your advice to see things moving towards the good, and the surgery was successful. My daughter was in a very good condition, even astonishing the doctors. I thank you 🌹❣️.

Ich bin……..Cristina. Ich besitze in diesem Leben viele Rollen. Wie Du auch.Ich “bin” Frau, alleinerziehende und “alles Müsserin” Mama , Managerin, Haushälterin, Beraterin für meine Kids, Assistentin wenn sie sich weh tun und Seelische Schmerzen durchmachen, Unternehmerin, Chefin, Freundin, Tochter, Enkelin, Schwester, Tante…und die Liste könnte unendlich sein.Irgendwann wurde mir alles zu viel. Ich verstand es erst nicht. ICH hatte doch ALLES. ICH hatte doch ALLES brav erfüllt. Alle Regeln. Alle Aufgaben. Ich baute doch mein LEBEN so wie “MAN” so machen muss. “Sie” versprachen mir doch dass ich glücklich sein werde…-DAS ist das was man erreichen MUSS.
Nur der Klang in mir sprengte fast meine Brust. Ich ignorierte den. Ich bekam mein zweites Kind. Ein Mädchen, Mia <3 . Als ich sie im Arm hielte, fühlte ich mich komplett. Erfüllt. Ich dachte..sie fehlte. Endlich glücklich.
Kurz danach kam etwas, was keiner erwartet hatte: sie wurde an Krebs diagnostiziert. Ich fiel am Boden. Ich hielte mich an einer Wand fest, als der Arzt das Wort “Krebs” ausgesprochen hat. Ich war kurz in einer anderen Welt unterwegs. Mein Geist war taub. Mein Verstand. Meine Gefühle. Meine Gedanken. Mein Klang. Alles. Es fing eine Reise an die alles veränderte.
Plötzlich merkte ich, das ich gehen darf. Für mein Klang. Ich hatte keine Angst mehr. Ich verstand dass, das Leben einen pusht bis man endlich handelt. Es ist unmöglich ein Wunsch zu ersticken, wenn er einmal entstanden ist. Es ist unmöglich, das zu tun was ALLE machen. Weil keiner von uns, GLEICH ist.
Ich machte aus dieser Geschichte, eine Erfolgsgeschichte. Ich schrieb alles neu. Ich wurde neu geboren. Ich gab mir eine “neue Erziehung”. Ich zog in MEINER Richtung. Am Anfang langsam, aber schneller als je zuvor…Heute bin ich eine erfolgreiche & internationale Mentorin für Menschen wie Dich! Die auf der Suche sind! Die sich nicht trauen! Die überfordert sind! Die sich nicht mehr BEWEISEN wollen. Die nicht mehr ÜBERleben wollen, sondern LEBEN wollen.

Du schickst mir deine bisherige Geschichte, und nachdem ich diese durchgelesen habe, starten wir mit der Arbeit.. Hier entstehen viele Erkenntnisse und Distanz zu dem, was dir erzählt wurde, dass du kannst und bist und was du in deiner Selbständigkeit machen solltest, um Kunden zu gewinnen.

Meine Einstellung
Meine Reise ist deine Reise. Meine Stimme ist deine Stimme. Ich erkannte relativ früh, dass das Leben nicht so ist, wie es mir vorgestellt wurde. Nur konnte ich mich wenig dagegen wehren.
Ich musste mich anpassen. Natürlich, das ist auch ein natürlicher Überlebensprozess, auch wenn wir als “erwachte” Erwachsene dies kritisieren. Ich denke sogar, dass dies unglaublich wichtig ist, um sich selbst zu erfahren und vor allem zu erkennen, wer und was man nicht sein möchte.
Ich bin eine Freundin des Friedens, und ich kam nie in Resonanz mit Heilung durch ständiges Durchgehen alter Themen. Das machte mich als Mentor sogar innerlich wütend, weil ich bei Menschen, die das wählten, kaum Fortschritt bemerkte. Oder zumindest einen Fortschritt, der eher in der Vergangenheit als in der Zukunft lag. Hier möchte ich mich ausdrücklich erklären: Ich finde jede Form der “Selbstarbeit” wichtig und gut, nur nicht für mich. Es war schwer, das zu erklären, solange ich nichts “anderes” in der Hand hatte.
Nun begab ich mich auf die Suche, recherchierte viel und las viel. Ich probierte viel aus und suchte ständig nach der “Formel” für ein Werkzeug, das den Menschen endlich zeigte, was und wer sie sind, und dass NIEMAND ihre Antworten hielt außer ihnen selbst. Wie machst du das, wenn du merkst, dass Worte nicht ausreichen, damit Menschen endlich nicht nur “wissen”, sondern auch “verkörpern” und das, was sie eigentlich schon immer sein wollten, endlich leben…
… Und dann kam ich auf eine Antwort: Ich muss es erst vollständig SELBST tun und es aus- und vorleben, bevor ich weitere Überzeugungsarbeit leiste.
Ich heilte meine Beziehung zu meinen inneren Stimmen und somit auch zu allen Aspekten meines Seins und erfuhr endlich, was Selbstliebe bedeutet. Es hat so wenig damit zu tun, wie viel Quality Time du für dich nimmst oder wie erfolgreich du in deinem Business bist… es hat mehr mit deinem inneren Dialog zu tun und wie du endlich mehr Platz für deine eigene Stimme schaffst, statt ständig die Stimmen anderer in dir zu heilen.
Was hat das alles mit Selbständigkeit und Business zu tun? Alles. Wenn deine inneren “Zweifel” endlich erkannt werden, dass sie eigentlich nicht DEINEN sind, machst du nun Platz für… DICH.
In meiner Arbeit geht es genau darum. Ich verkaufe keine Theorien. Ich gehe mit dir genau durch diese Prozesse, bis du das “alleine” kannst.
Lass dich überraschen, was sich eigentlich hinter “Dir von bisher” verbirgt.
Mut ist nicht, mit dem Fallschirm zu springen. Sondern… endlich sich SELBST zu sein.
